80/20 revenue split

The planned Accesex creator split is simple: creators keep 80% of eligible creator revenue, and the platform keeps 20%.

There is no cost to create an account, no cost to post on Pre Accesex, and no cost to put approved material on Accesex.

Planned payout timing

The current planned payout structure is a 7-day rolling hold with weekly creator payouts. A minimum payout threshold may apply, and processing times may vary depending on provider, banking method, and account status.

Creator verification process

Before monetization or adult content access, creators will need to complete identity and age verification.

Pre Accesex is the mature 17+ teaser and creator-discovery side. We recommend posting TikTok and Instagram-style videos here, plus additional Pre-specific teaser content.

Creator ownership and platform permission

Creators keep their intellectual property rights to the material they upload.

By uploading content to Pre Accesex or Accesex, creators give the platform permission to host, display, stream, distribute within the platform, create thumbnails/previews, and use creator content for platform discovery, marketing, and promotional purposes while they remain an active creator with us.

Watermarking and copyright protection

To help protect creator content and intellectual property, video and photo playback may include watermarking. Watermarking is intended to reduce unauthorized redistribution and help maintain ownership visibility.

Taxes, LLCs, and creator business structure

Creators earning meaningful income should consider speaking with an accountant, tax professional, or attorney about how to structure their creator business.

Many creators begin as sole proprietors. Once income grows above a meaningful threshold, it may make sense to ask a professional whether an LLC or other business structure is appropriate.
